I am an executive leader with multiple years of high performance and organizational effectiveness interpreting and implementing quality standards in diverse laboratory settings including hospitals, physician offices, research facilities, private laboratories, surgery centers, clinical research organizations, and corporate facilities.

My laboratory experience has progressed with a focus on data, quality and operations management for clinical research and life science organizations who provide contracted services for research and translational medicine, with an emphasis on compliance, strategic management, and regulatory policy. My evolving prowess has been built on a foundation of technical expertise in the clinical Pathology laboratory. An understanding of both the clinical and research laboratory has diversified my skillset.

I leverage expert-level experience managing investments, process efficiencies, and quality control in the laboratory setting. Managing systems, and processes for the clinical and corporate laboratory strengthened by two decades of technical laboratory experience has honed my ability to execute successful leadership and management of laboratory operations. These diverse laboratory experiences have also enhanced my business acumen, improving customer relationships with a quality by design framework, and a project management approach, all while maintaining fiscal responsibility. I am well-qualified to successfully govern a multitude of laboratory operations.
